TTS COMBINE
Start by doing the TTS Combine where you will be given your TTS Rating. Once you complete our 5 tests, you will immediately find out where you stand as an athlete.
WORKOUT FEATURE
Once you tell us more about yourself, and complete your TTS Combine, you will generate your personalized workout. Each day TTS will tell you what's on the agenda, Upper body, Lower body, Rest day, etc...
PROGRESS CHARTS
We believe in tracking your workouts. With our progress feature you will be able to go back and see how far you've come as an athlete. *The Most Fun Part!*
